- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components intact.
- Refunds will only be granted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

3. Refund Approval Criteria
Refunds will be approved under the following circumstances:
Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
Damaged Products
If the product was damaged during shipping and the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with video proof.
Incorrect Product
If the product received is different from the item ordered.
Refunds Will Not Be Granted For:
- Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, accidents, liquid spills, or physical damage.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, upgrades, or modifications.
- General dissatisfaction with the performance of refurbished or pre-owned products.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Software issues, viruses, or operating system problems caused by the user.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
For Prepaid Orders
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
For COD Orders
The refund will be issued through bank transfer or store credit, based on the customer's preference.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
